So I bought my 2011 Traverse from Jerry at Bill Fox Used Cars and had a good experience. After having my "new" vehicle for less than 3 weeks, the Village Idiot in Auburn Hills rear ended me. Got 3 quotes, Bill Fox Body Shop was the cheapest. Worked with Kevin in the Body Shop, got my quote on Thursday, called that afternoon and he ordered the parts, parts came in this morning and he called me. Had a co-worker go with me and dropped off my Traverse with the understanding it would take 2 hours. About an hour later Kevin called and it was ready. AWESOME SERVICE!!!
