Enterprise Rent-A-Car at 914 South Rochester Road, Rochester Hills, Michigan.

I rented a compact car for one day. Everything was as expected--car was ready when I arrived and pick-up was quick. Much appreciated was no harrassment to purchase additional insurance I didn't need. I listened to the sales pitch, declined, and it was over, unlike with some other companies. Return was also quick and uneventful, and because I drove very little and the gas gage barely moved, I was not charged for gas. I didn't have to wait for my ride home (in the same car). On the way, the driver noticed that the brakes "grabbed," as I also had noticed, and he said he'd have them adjusted. Service was efficient, no hassle, and courteous. It seems that location cares about customer service and maintaining their vehicles. I would rent there again, and would recommend it to others.
