I called to make a new patient appt. and the receptionist making my appointment was just a mess. I literally gave her free range of making a new patient appt. for me and it still took 15 minutes to set up the appt. Then after spelling her my last name 10 times she finally gets it right and we settles on a date and time. Then she says she needs to charge my credit card $0.01 .. 1 CENT! I sat on this phone for what felt like forever and finally made an appt. and she needs my credit card information for 1 CENT!!! of course I dont have my card readily available and asked if I could call her back tomorrow morning 1st thing and she says NO! so I literally would have to call back in the morning to give her all my information again.. NO THANK YOU!
