Charles Hamlet Apartments at 400 Hampton Circle # 103, Rochester Hills, Michigan.

The Apartments are OK, but not very impressive. The rent is reasonable. There is common washer and dryer in basement which is not very big. We had minor issue with heating but now it is good. I had also issue with bathroom lavatory sink, which gets clogged frequently and the office does not have a permanent fix for this. That means I have to live with it as it is. It is less spacious. The living room is spacious, but kids room is small. The kids room has door where heating machine is there which has quite big noise. If you want to save money, these apartments are good but not very impressive.
