I recently brought my car in with a battery light on. It turned out that my serpentine belt was in shreds and my air conditioning unit had seized. Matt Elrod waited on me and he was so polite. They took me into the garage to show me the damage and explained every feature of the problem. They were kind and patient and took care of getting me a rental car while they fixed the problem. I arrived there at 2:30 and was in my rental car by 4 pm. That’s service! My car was returned to me in perfect working order the next day by 2pm. I even received a txt message letting me know that my car was ready along with a personal phone call from them. Thanks so much guys!
